We will have ongoing workshops to promote integration and understanding in our community. An alert will be sent to all our members and details will be posted on our Events page. These will include:
East Meets West
The West says women from the East wearing burkas are oppressed by men whilst stating that breast implants, liposuction, page 3 girls and lapdancers etc are all female choices and freedoms. Workshops exploring both cultures will reveal truths from women's perspectives.

Fathers supporting Sons
Whenever possible, fathers are encouraged to be actively involved in their son's lives. Parents are always the best choice, however, where it is not possible, we will ensure boys and young men receive the best mentoring and Role Model support.
Mum & Dad Rolled into One
Educating single mothers about the disadvantages of not having male role models in their son(s) lives. Urban Family Tree believes it is not possible to be all things to a child. By providing children with quality mentors, it allows parents to be the best they can be without over-stretching themselves and confusing their children.
Sibling without Rivalry
Anger management for children and young people making them able to deal with emotional turmoil without resorting to voilence. It is important to allow children to be angry whilst teaching them that it is not acceptable to hurt another person because of it.

Cultural Shocks
Living in multicultural inner cities exposes children and young people to many trends, fashions and traditions. By teaching children an honest, global history from all perspectives, they should be less likely to become caricatures of the "in thing" but learn to love themselves, their differences and each other.
